Apache Lake

Apache Lake Marina and Resort is central Arizona's most complete lake facility. Surrounded by the Superstition Wilderness and the Three Bar Wildlife Area, Apache Lake is 17 miles long and a spectacular site for boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking, camping, and all forms of outdoor recreation. The lake's secluded coves and painted walls are home to javelina, big horn sheep, eagle, deer, and a host of desert wildlife. Small mouth and large mouth bass are the prized catches of the lake. Walleyes, crappie, and catfish are also popular species.

Open year round, Apache Lake Marina and Resort furnishes all the advantages of urban comfort to those who wish to explore the wonders of the lake. The facility is family-owned and operated, and the personnel are dedicated to maintaining a friendly, wholesome environment for lake activities and outdoor recreation. Apache Lake Marina and Resort is located on and operates under permit from the Tonto National Forest Service.

The Apache Lake Restaurant features a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The spacious dining room has a homey and informal atmosphere and is fully air-conditioned. Open year-round, the restaurant offers daily specials. Its outside patio and play area makes it a favorite for family and group activities.

The new building, completed in late 1998, contains a full-service bar, conference rooms, and grocery store selling a variety of items including fishing and hunting licenses, beer, pop, and souvenirs.

Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available to accommodate a range of special events: Fishing Derbies, Family Reunions, Weddings, Seminars, Retreats, Corporate Parties. A Catering Menu is available for groups of 15 or more.

APACHE LAKE BOAT DOCK

The Apache Lake Boat Dock sells fishing tackle, ski ropes, flags, and miscellaneous marine products. Unleaded gas and oil are available at the fuel dock. Pontoon boats and fishing boat rentals are available.

$25 hourly - $90 half day - $175 per day - $225 per 24 hours

12' or 14' FISHING BOAT WITH 8 H.P. MOTOR
